Washington LICSW Clinical Supervision

PhD | LICSW | CADC I | EMDR-Certified | 10+ years' experience

Clinical supervision should be more than checking boxes toward licensure. It should be a place where you can bring the cases that challenge you, talk honestly about what's working and what isn't, and develop as a clinician in a supportive, collaborative environment.

I offer clinical supervision to Washington social workers and social work associates seeking a warm, relational, and down-to-earth supervision experience.

About Me

I'm Aunastasia Zsidiewicz, PhD, LICSW, CADC I, and EMDR-trained, with more than 10 years of experience working in the mental health and substance use fields.

My clinical work has focused heavily on trauma, PTSD, EMDR, substance use, and complex client presentations. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and bring a relational, trauma-informed perspective to my work.

As a supervisor, my goal is to help you become a thoughtful, confident clinician—not to make you practice exactly the way I do.

I want you to develop your own clinical voice while having a place to ask questions, think through difficult cases, and receive honest and supportive feedback.

What Supervision With Me Looks Like

Supervision is collaborative and practical. Depending on what you bring to the table, we might talk about:

* Difficult or complex cases

* Trauma and trauma-informed care

* EMDR and preparation for trauma processing

* Substance use and co-occurring concerns

* Risk assessment and safety

* Boundaries and ethical dilemmas

* Countertransference and the therapeutic relationship

* Documentation and clinical decision-making

* Working with children, adolescents, and families

* Developing confidence as a newer clinician

* Finding your own voice and style as a therapist

* The parts of being a therapist that aren't always covered in school

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to supervision. In fact, supervision is the place to bring the things you're still figuring out.

Supervision Options

Individual Supervision

$150/hour

One-on-one supervision tailored to your clinical work, professional goals, and licensure needs.

Two-Person Supervision

$90/person/hour

A small supervision group with one other clinician. This provides the opportunity to learn from another therapist's cases and perspectives while still keeping the group small enough for individualized attention.

I am currently opening 4 supervision spots, with the goal of forming two small supervision pairs.

Who Is a Good Fit?

I welcome clinicians who are looking for a supervisor who is:

* Warm and approachable

* Honest and supportive

* Relational rather than rigid

* Trauma-informed

* Practical and clinically grounded

* Comfortable discussing difficult or complicated cases

* Interested in developing their own clinical identity

My areas of experience include trauma, PTSD, EMDR, substance use, and complex clinical presentations, but you do not need to specialize in these areas to be a good fit for supervision.

A Place to Ask the Hard Questions

Being a therapist can sometimes feel like you're expected to know what you're doing before you actually feel like you do.

You might wonder:

"Am I handling this right?"

"Should I be more concerned about this client's safety?"

"Is this my client's resistance, or am I missing something?"

"How do I set this boundary?"

"What do I do when I feel stuck?"

Those are exactly the kinds of questions I want you to be able to bring to supervision.

My goal is for you to leave supervision feeling more grounded, more confident, and better equipped for your work.

## Interested in Working Together?

I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can talk about where you are in your clinical career, what you're looking for in supervision, and whether we'd be a good fit.

You can email me directly at [aunastasia@breakingboulderscounseling.org]

Supervision availability is limited to four clinicians at this time.
